|  This command is used to create the all search directories used for the analysis
|
| **Syntax**
|

 - ``cwb_mksdirs`` (no arguments)
    Prints help
 - ``cwb_mkdirs --idir="..."``
    Creates search directories

 The following options can be passed to cwb_mksdirs

 .. code-block:: bash

    --idir    : directory where to create the search directories

 -  The following commands are equivalents:

      ``cwb_mksdirs --idir="/home/user_name/O2"``

      ``cwb_mksdirs --idir=/home/user_name/O2``

      ``cwb_mksdirs --idir /home/user_name/O2``

    create the search directories starting from /home/user_name/O2
