New testing release

This new release (cWB-6.4.7) is a minor upgrade of cWB 2G: it contains various bug fixes and adds the new xmdc class for extended simulation functionalities. It is a testing release, aiming to become the next production version for the Fourth Observing run, O4. It is fully compatible with the latest LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA published analyses/results on the data collected during the previous run, i.e., the Third Observing run, O3.

We provide an installation method based on cmake, which should simplify the installation, in addition to the standard Makefiles.

This version of the cWB package can also be installed through conda-forge: see cwb-feedstock for more details.
