O2 release of cWB is available

cWB-6.3.0 is fully compatible (i.e. in terms of results) with the version ( wat-6.2.6 ) used for the analysis of the LIGO and Virgo data collected during the Second Observational run O2. While all search algorithms are substantially unchanged, the whole pipeline insfrastructure has been upgraded and now uses ROOT6 instead of ROOT5.

For a quick start, we suggest to either use cWB on VirtualBox or cWB on Docker and start with the analysis of the GWOSC GWTC-1 Catalog events ( Getting Started ). See the Coherent Event Display gallery of GWTC-1 Catalog for a preview of events’ reconstruction with cWB.

It is currently available on Zenodo:
